Mediterranean designer Artemis Neofytou creates cute & whimsical illustrations. She draws inspiration from everyday things, everyday moments and especially loves plants. She illustrates her hand-drawn sketches mostly with watercolor & gouache paint. She is passionate about digital arts & multimedia. She holds a postgraduate degree in Design & Digital Media from Edinburgh University. Many elements of her hand-drawn work serve as inspiration for her digital work.
The last 6 years she delivers workshops for kids aged 8-13 and adults on creativity and digital technologies. She owned a Ficus Tree instead of a pet as a kid (she is often described as weird by the regulars which is taken as a compliment) and was nicknamed Arte by her funny & brilliant nieces. Hence the title of this site (artestreestudio). The purpose is to share her knowledge, inspiration & work.
